This is a second scoop we are posting on Tata Motors. The Pune car maker is planning to launch another engine variant of the Vista hatch which is already available with 4 engine options. Tata plans to add the 90hp Quadrajet which also does the duty on the Manza sedan.
The Vista 90hp Quadrajet was caught testing on Pune Bypass road. Thanks to our friends who keep updating us on the spy pics of cars based in Pune. The car caught was the top end variant with a ZX90 badge. The biggest change apart from the engine happens inside with the car getting the Manza dash which will help to answer the critics who hated the centre dash design. The interiors could also be made on the lines of the Manza Club class launch of which is expected to happen later this month.
Tata has made of Chrome all over the car to give it an upmarket feel and the tag line also now says sedan class. The tyres seem to be 14inch and we can certainly expect alloy wheels option on this model. The car could be priced at premium of Rs. 60-80 thousand over the current
Tata has also been testing two more variants of the hatch: Vista CR4 and Vista S Power.
Tat a Vista variants simplified for our readers:

Currently the Vista is available in 16 variants and if we consider the Indica eV2 range that is another 12 variants. In total as of now the Indica range is available in 28 variants. According to us Tata needs to certainly work on this aspect and try bringing down the number variants to avoid the sales executives and the customers to get confused.
