Goa witnessed the Tata Carnival, showcasing all the Tata and Fiat Cars right from Nano to Aria including the Fiat Linea and Punto at Margoa, Fatorda grounds.
The event was inaugurated at the hands of Mr. D.N Naik, the founder of Auto Industries in the presence of Mr. Ashwin Naik MD for Auto Industries and other officials from Tata Motors.
Mr. Ashwin Naik welcomed the proud Tata owners for the carnival. Mr. D N Naik in his address reminded that Auto Industries was the first auto dealership in Goa, to offer after sales service when they were the dealers of Tata Mercedes, even before companies like Tata and Telco were non-existent. He also assured the customers of good service in the future and thanked them for having faith in their products.
A total of 103 esteemed Tata car owners experienced the fun-frolic time at the carnival, test driving and getting the feel of different cars from the Tata and Fiat portfolio. Along with updating their information about the cars customers also got a chance to enjoy the cultural events and music.
The one of its kind Carnival got a very good response from the public. The carnival offered Tata and Fiat owners free check-up for their vehicles. The check-up was divided into 5 sub processes which included inventory check-up, engine compartment inspection, electrical checks, body inspection, passenger compartment, and tyre inspection.
In addition to this there was free of cost cleaning and also a delivery counter where the owners were handed over the cars along with some gifts from Tata Motors. A health card of the car was also handed over to the owners while delivering cars. The heath card included the various faults and replacements needed and also general comments on the condition of various parameters of the cars which were inspected during the various stages of the check-up.
Tata teams from Pune, Mumbai and Bhopal participated in the carnival showcasing their skills, experience with the customer’s in the 2 day event.
