Suzuki will reveal its new S-Cross concept at the Paris motor show in September. The details remain sketchy at the moment but from the initial sketches it appears what could be the next generation SX4. The concept will most likely under pin a 5 door hatchback, sedan and a crossover vehicle.
Suzuki’s crossover concept S-Cross embodies an “Emotion x Quality x Aerodynamics” design theme, which is typified by distinctive dynamic lines which start on the front bumper, sweep across the doors, and continue to the rear of the body. Design elements which suggest stability and solidity also help create a cutting-edge crossover look.
A production version of the Suzuki S-Cross could replace the current SX4 in international markets towards the end of 2013.
Suzuki will also be presenting its Alto, Splash, Swift, Swift Sport, SX4, Jimny, and Grand Vitara models at the Paris Motor Show.
Meanwhile the Indian arm, Maruti Suzuki have started partial operation in India and within a few weeks expects full production to start. The new Swift and Swift Dzire are produced at the Manesar plant.
Maruti Suzuki will also be launching a refreshed version of the Ritz in September and a new small car during the Diwali festive season.
