Skoda has launched its latest variant the Fabia Scout in the Goan market. The Scout which an extension of the Fabia range is loaded with new features and body cladding which makes the car a go-anywhere category within limits.
The Fabia Scout is priced at Rs. 680,000 for the petrol variant and Rs. 811,000 for the diesel ex-show room Goa.
The Scout is aimed at urban, self-driven individuals who are evolved and informed consumers. The Sout is powered by the same 1.2 petrol and 1.2 diesel engines which also do the duty on the Fabia range. We hoped the 1.6 could make it in the Scout which could be an ideal choice according to us.
The Scout is 33mm longer then the Fabia and 16 mm wider. Other dimensions remain the same. The extra makes the Scout expensive as it does not qualify for the small car bracket. However the feature does make the car look attractive.
