Goa which is the favourite spot for tourists all over the world is slowing becoming well-known for its luxury high end items. Luxury cars and bikes are now becoming a common scene on the roads and can be spotted in the major towns.
With Mercedes-Benz & BMW setting shop to tap the growing potential and love for high end cars, Porsche too plans to setup a dealer in Goa. Audi & Ducati have also started its operations recently with Harley Davidson & Jaguar Land Rover opening new dealerships by end of the year.
As per our sources Porsche will initially start delivering cars to prospective customers. The company will deliver its first car, the new 911 by September and will the full line up along with customisation options will be available to customers.
Is unclear whether the Porsche will setup a full-fledged dealer along with a service centre soon. But with the growing number of Porsche cars in Goa, seems like it will be a reality very soon.
In the last two Goa has witnessed a huge increase in luxury cars. With the number of millionaires increasing, the desire to own these fancy cars has also amplified. One can easily spot Aston Martins, Ferraris, Lexus and Rolls Royce zooming past the streets.
