French carmaker, Renault has appointed Priority Auto as the second dealer for Renault cars in Goa.
Renault which has just launched the Kwid hatchback is betting strong on the new car to boost sales and take on the likes of Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 and Hyundai Eon.
Priority Auto is also the dealer for SKODA cars in Goa and has more than six years of experience in the automobile business. Priority will open the first Renault dealership in Margoa and second in Panjim with service station in Verna.
Priority Auto is a part of Group Priority which has business interests in Real estate, Automobiles and hospitality.
Priority Auto is also the dealership for Honda 2 Wheelers in Panjim and Marcela.
Renault currently is represented by Quadros Automark which is the sole dealer for Renault cars in Goa. Quadros has presence in Panjim, Mapusa and is coming wilt a new facility in Margoa.
Renault has a strong portfolio of seven cars which includes the newly launched Kwid hatchback , Pulse hatchback, Scala sedan, Duster SUV, Lodgy MPV, Fluence sedan and Koleos SUV.
Renault plans to open more than 200 dealers across India by end of this year.
The automotive scene in Goa has seen a change with more dealers being across the state.
