Kawasaki and Bajaj are gearing to launch the all new 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 650R in India. In June Kawasaki launched the 650 R in India at a attractive price of Rs 4.57 lakh (ex-showrooom Delhi).
The 2012 version gets revised styling; redesigned body panels with sharper angles wider panel gaps for better engine heat dissipation. The instrument cluster now gets ED-powered white backlighting, an analogue tachometer, plus indications for fuel consumption, average fuel consumption, remaining range left to ride as well as the addition of an economy riding mode indicator. The bike now also gets LED tail lamps.
We feel the bike could make it in India sooner than expected and will be priced at premium as compared to the current 650R.
