Maruti Suzuki has quietly launched the Wagon-R in the LPG Avatar. The car popularly known as Wagon-R Duo comes with the K-Series engine with Sequential Injection System. The new car boasts Dual ECU, one each for LPG and Petrol mode. The Dual ECU work in tandem with CAN technology which stands for Controller Area Network protocol which enables the two ECU’s to communicate with each other.
In the Petrol mode the Wagon R gives a mileage of 18.7 while in the LPG mode it delivers 14.4 to a litre.
The Wagon R LPG is available in only in the LXi variant.
