Mercedes-Alcon is planning to set up a new state of the art dealership in Goa-Verna. The ne showroom is expected to be a four km state of the art showroom and service facility in Verna.
For its high tech facility in Verna, the company is seeking 4 to 5 km of land to build its state-of-the-art showroom, said Alcon Mercedes Benz managing director Mr. Akash Khaunte.
In phase wise, Rs. 20 crore is initially being invested in dealership and staff and apprenticeship training in all streams from sales and marketing to maintenance and services. It has a special inspection cell for checking counterfeit spare parts in the market. This is to assure that the customers are buying the right products.
Mercedes has started an in-house finance division called Leasing Products. On a down payment customers can lease a car and pay periodical instalments.
