A days back the RIII spy pics were just out and very did we know about the new MPV from Maruti Suzuki. Autocar India has just got more pics and juicy updates on the new MPV.
The MPV will get a new 1,372cc K14 petrol engine which produces 95bhp and produces 127Nm of torque. The MPV will also get the 90bhp DDIS engine which also does the duty in the diesel SX4.
The MPV is based on a stretched Ritz platform and is likely to have a seating capacity of between six to seven passengers.
The MPV will challenge the Xylo and other UV and is going to be well accepted especially those who want a bigger car. From the pics the MPV does not look very spacious and the third row may be a bit cramped.
We expect the MPV to do strong sales considering it is a Maruti and will have a good value for money.
