Maruti Suzuki is gearing up to set open the Nexa premium dealership in Goa soon. The new soon to be launched Maruti Suzuki NEXA dealership is located along the Porvorim – Mapusa highway, the same place which housed the Volkswagen dealer ship. The premium Maruti Suzuki NEXA dealership will cater to high end products from Maruti Suzuki product portfolio.
Currently products such as the Baleno hatchback and the S–Cross crossover will retail through the Nexa dealership while more models are expected to be sold via these dealerships in the future. The Ciaz sedan is expected to move in to Nexa dealers very soon.
NEXA is a premium range of dealerships of Maruti Suzuki. The NEXA dealers sport a premium appearance black with special vehicle display area and separate managers who will be equipped with tabs to cater to the premium customer needs.
One of the core values of NEXA is pampering and hospitality. Pampering is about listening to the customer; it is about understanding his needs. The relationship managers have been trained to give the customer full attention when in conversation and being there when the customer requires. Besides, they will also exhibit qualities such as warmth, respect, courtesy and punctuality. Special attention has been accorded to maintaining customer privacy while the conversations are on. Specially designed cubicles and separate seating area fulfils this objective.
Nearly 100 NEXA showrooms will come up across India over the next 6-8 months.
