Bajaj Auto has launched the highly anticipated and much awaited sportsbike, the Kawasaki Ninja 250R in Pune. The bike coming to India is the 2010 model of the marque, with its matte black exhaust and a new green-black paint scheme. The bike will retail through Bajaj Probiking outlets throughout the country, and will a price tag of Rs. 2,69,670 ex-showroom Delhi and Rs. 2,69,580 ex-showroom Chennai.
Ninja 250R is bound to make for one of the most desirable and affordable big bikes in the country. Its four-valve per cylinder, liquid cooled parallel twin engine churns out a very respectable 33PS of power at a screaming 11,000rpm and peak torque of 21Nm at 8500rpm. The bike comes into India from Thailand via the CKD route
