International Cars & Motors Limited (ICML) displayed three new vehicles at the 2012 Auto Expo in Delhi. The company which is famous for their tractors and the Qualis look-alike, the Rhino, showcased a new variant of the Rhino called the Extreme which will be available in six and seven-seater variants.
ICML also displayed a lifestyle double cab – Oyster and a commercial single cab pickup vehicle – Windy.
The Rhino Extreme and Oyster will be equipped with a the 2.0-litre CRDI engine which ICML is also going to supply to General Motors for its new Tavera Neo3 model. The Windy is powered by a 2.0 TDi engine of the G-One Series with 85 hp powerout. The 2.0 CRDi engine has a power output of 120 hp.
The director of ICML, Gaurav Saxena said, “We have received a good interest from potential customers at our stall for all the three new products. The visitors are drawn towards the smart looks, exclusive features and capability of our new car segment.”
The pickup and double-cab come with complete package to cater to the mid & low end of customers and offers personal segment feel too.”
ICML haven’t disclosed when they would be launching these products. ICML which has a vehicle manufacturing facility in Himachal Pradesh is currently eyeing the export market.
