Hyundai will launch the new Fludic face i20 in India most probably in April. The revised exterior design carries the hallmarks of Hyundai styling, including the company’s signature hexagonal grille and new headlamp units. Updating their own design from the original i20, the stylists at Hyundai’s European design studio have further modernised the All New i20 with a more contemporary profile for the front and rear bumpers, a new sculpted bonnet and new wheel designs.
The car has been caught several times in India. Recently the left hand drive version has also been spotted quite frequently near the Chennai plant. Thanks to our friends at IAB who have shared a more clear image of the i20 being tested in India.
The car boast he typical hexagonal shape grille and wrap around headlights. The most important is the reduced NVH and overall vibrations which has been now drastically reduced. The car will be powered by the same 1.2, 1.4 petrol engines and 1.4 diesel engine.
In terms of pricing we hope Hyundai does not increase it by a larger margin and keep the costs close to the arch rival Maruti Swift.
