Hero has completed the re-branding exercise on all its products. The CD-Dawn & Cd-Deluxe will now be called HF-Dawn and HF-Deluxe while CBZ Xtreme will be called as Xtreme alone.
Hero Motocorp has the liberty to use the Honda name plate till 2014 after which the company cannot use the name any further. Hero did not wait and has re-launched all the models under the new identity. There are some minor changes done to the models apart from sticker job.
The Xtreme gets a new New digital analog combo meter console and both front and rear black alloy wheels. The HF Dawn and HF Deluxe changes are largely limited to a sticker job only.
Hero MotoCorp will have to launch a new range of products which will have to challenge Honda head on. Hero has tied up with a couple of companies for engine development and to make the next generation products.
It won’t be an easy task for the World’s largest two wheeler company to continue its dominance considering, Bajaj and Honda are launching new and technologically advanced products. Other Japanese companies like Suzuki and Yamaha are also planning an onslaught of products to capture a larger pie of the growing two wheeler market.
Hero has launched a new product Passion X-Pro which will take on the Honda Dream Yuga head on. Dream Yuga has helped Honda to post higher sales month -on-month.
