To make some Rapid sales Skoda Indian introduced an exciting limited period offer of Rs. 9999 EMI on the Rapid sedan. The offer is introduced in conjunction with Volkswagen Finance Pvt.
The new EMI scheme gives customers a chance to fulfill their dream of upgrading to a spacious and premium sedan. The scheme has been introduced in the Indian market by Skoda Finance, a brand of Volkswagen Finance Private Limited and will be available with immediate effect for a limited period only.
With regard to the initiative, Mr Joern Achim Kurzrock, Chairman of the Managing Board, Volkswagen Finance Private Limited said, “The offer comes at a time when the auto industry is witnessing a contraction in demand. At affordable EMIs of Rs. 9999, this offer will make it easier for consumers to make the transition from a hatchback to a sedan. The novel scheme, launched under our brand ŠKODA Finance, is a first of its kind in the Indian market, with a sedan being made available for as less as Rs. 9999 per month.”

In July Skoda had revised their prices by 1% to 1.8% across product range effective early August 2012. Skoda has been posting positive sales in the couple of months and the success can be attributed mainly due to the Rapid sedan which offers a good value for the price.
