Bajaj will launch the all new Discover on the 14th of May and not the Pulsar as reported earlier. Bajaj has slightly postponed the launch of the new Pulsar and we are assuming this is mainly as the company is working on the minor glitches.
The New Discover has been caught testing on the Indian roads a couple of times.

Is this the new Discover or the new Pulsar caught testing?
Like the big brother Pulsar, the new Discover sits on a new platform and gets a comprehensive makeover. The Discover gets a completely new design headlamp cluster with chrome mirror inserts. The Discover now gets a bigger and muscular Tank, a feature which made the Pulsar very popular and adds to the style quotient. The Instrument console is a combination of analogue tacho and digital odometer. Alloy wheel design seems to be borrowed from the new Pulsar and the Discover will get slightly thinner tyres.
The Discover will get an all new chassis and will get a Gas Filled Monoshock at the rear. This will be a new addition to the Discover, a feature commonly found on the premium bikes. A Chrome heat shield and rear tip on the silencer again adds to the premium look. Certainly Bajaj will also incorporate the Exhaust-Tech technology which helps to improve the lower end Torque.
The tail light assembly will not LEDs and side lights seem to borrowed from Pulsar 135. Other features include half chain cover, side lights borrowed from Pulsar 135 and trapezoidal shaped mirrors.
