Mahindra is all set to take utility segment to another level with the launch of the all new compact Xylo. The car will be launched in the next two months and is likely to be rolled out of company’s new plant at Chakan.
The mini-Xylo is expected to be priced around Rs. 5 lakh to Rs. 7 lakh, making it an attractive option for customers buying hatchbacks or mid-segment sedans.
The mini Xylo will get a 1.5 litre diesel engine which could be the same as used in the Verito or complete new engine.
The mini Xylo is certainly be a volumes car for Mahindra and will a good to customers who want a mix of an SUV and a hatchback.
