General Motors India has confirmed that it would roll out its BS IV version of Multi Utility vehicle Tavera by 2011.
General Motors India have partnered with International Cars and Motors Ltd (ICML) to roll out the BS IV version of Tavera by offering it with a 2.o litre CRDI engine, sourced directly from the ICM Rhino.
The BS IV powertrain fitted Tavera, capable of being upgraded to BS V, would hit the market by January 1, 2011 and will have a marginal price increase over the current model.
