After getting good response from Spark LPG version GM plans to introduce the Beat in the same avatar. The Chevrolet Beat will come Certified Factory Fitted Next Generation Sequential Injection-type LPG kit.
The Beat LPG will come with the latest technology ensuring a better and much more smoother drive, better fuel efficiency, lower running cost, better power and pick-up and lower emissions through the use of more environmentally-friendly fuel.
As per sources the new Beat LPG will be launched by end of 2010.
This is some good news to customers in cities where LPG is easy to find as Maruti have stopped offering the LPG variant of Wagon R. Chevrolet could use this as an advantage to attract customers who want more environmentally-friendly with lower running costs.
