UM Motorcycles will launch their flagship store in Goa in the 1st week of February. Quadros Group has taken up the dealership and will open the first UM Motorcycle store in North Goa in Panjim- Taligao.
Portuguesa UM have started accepting bookings for the two models Renegade Sports and Renegade Commando.
UM International, LLC has tied up with Lohia Auto for assembling and retailing their motorcycles in the Indian market.
The dealership has started accepting bookings and one can book the bike with an amount of Rs. 10,000. The Renegade Sports is priced at Rs. 1.55 lakhs and Renegade Commando is priced at Rs. 1.65 lakhs both ex-showroom Goa.
Globally UM has a wide portfolio of motorcycles, scooter and cruisers. In India the company has introduced Cruisers only and may launch more models as the brand gets established in the Indian market.
The dealership also has a section for accessories and apparels. UM Motorcycles will largely compete with Royal Enfield Classic and Hyosung Aquila 250.
Portuguesa UM has started accepting booking and have already sold over 5 bikes in Goa. The dealer hopes to good numbers once they start operations.
