LML two wheelers is looking to kick start their operation again in the Indian market and is scouting for dealers across India.
The company has floated advertisements for setting up dealerships in Goa and is looking for suitable partners.
LML has been restricting the business and now plans to launch the next gen products. The company which popularised the NV and Select scooter in India plans to launch new two and three wheelers in the Indian market.
LML is inviting potential business partners to appointment as their distributors in the state of Goa and has retained ICRA management consulting services for evaluating and accessing potential partners.
LML previously sold the NV and Select scooters which were based on the Vespa PX 150 platform. The scooters were very reliable and gave tough competition to Bajaj Chetak which was the best-selling scooter at that time
Today scooters are gaining popularity again and Honda Activa which is the best-selling two wheeler in India has further fortified the segment.
Two wheeler companies are betting on scooters to drive growth in the Indian market and companies like Hero, TVS, Yamaha and Suzuki have introduced many new models to increase market share.
LML will enter into non geared two wheeler segment, motorcycle and three wheeler segment.
