Travel to Solapur from Goa made easy and comfortable by Kadamba Transport Corporation
Kadamba Transport Corporation has introduced a swanky new luxury bus on Solaphur route. This new luxury bus is based on 12 Metre Ashokh Leyland Chassis while the body has been built by Aerocoach. The bus is a 45 seater with 2×2 seating configuration.
The Bus departs from Vasco at 7.15 pm in the evening and makes stops at Panjim and Mapusa where passengers can board the bus. From there on it continues its onward journey to Solaphur via the Kolhapur route and reaches its destination next day by 1 PM in the afternoon.
Hauling this large luxury bus is an H Series 6 cylinder CRS BS3 diesel engine producing 225 bhp and 2500 rpm with maximum torque of 800 nm at 1700 rpm mated to a 6 speed manual transmission. Suspension duty has been handled by an air suspension with shock absorber both at the front and rear.
A small drive in the bus reveals that the bus has enough grunts to tackle steep slopes and long trips on highways with ease. The seats are luxury reclining seats and have side armrest and movable leg rest which are aimed at giving the passengers enhanced comfort during the journey.
Bookings for the tickets can be made online via the Kadamba Goa website on www.goakadamba.com and the fare rate is 625/ per passenger.
