The 5th edition of 21 Gun Salute International Vintage Car Rally & Concours Auto Show is going to be held on the 20th & 21st of this month. The vintage car show will be organized at a much larger scale and will be grander than the previous editions.
201 vintage cars, carefully selected from a pool of over 3500 vintage cars across India will on display. Also on showcase will be the first Benz car invented by Karl Friedrich Benz, pioneering founder of the automobile manufacturer Mercedes-Benz.
Vintage cars & bikes also has a rich history in Goa, with many vintage cars still running on Goan roads. One such person who also has a hidden treasure of vintage cars will participate at the 5th edition of 21 Gun Salute International Vintage Car Rally & Concours Auto Show.
Mr. Narcinva Naik, chairman of M/S Narcinva Damodar Naik Group of Companies popularly known for being the oldest dealer for Tata Motors and also once sold Mercedes-Benz cars in Goa will participate in this rally.
Mr. Narcinva Naik will put on display not one or two but four of his rare and beautifully restored cars.
1948 Jaguar Mark IV, 1954 Cadillac Series 62, 1928 Morris Oxford Goa 13.9hp Saloon and 1939 Mercedes-Benz W 14. 
We wish Mr. Naik all the very best and hope he returns with many trophies.
The vision of the event is to place India at the global tourism map as the most attractive country when it comes to vintage cars and heritage motoring history. It aims at acquainting the youth to the rich heritage and culture of cars in India.
We hope to have an event of this scale in Goa in the future.
