If you are an off-roading enthusiast then there is good news in store for you. Mahindra is organizing its iconic Great Escape in Goa on the 11th of August. The Goa leg is one of the biggest events in the Mahindra Great Escape Calendar and is known as the Goa Great Escape. To participate in the event one needs to have a 4×4 Mahindra Vehicle. The event is exclusively for 4×4 vehicles thus your normal 2 wheel drive car will be of no good.
Goa Great Escape compromises of 2 events, The Adventure drive and The Off-road trophy. Adventure drive compromises of 4 persons and the entry fee for the same will be Rs 5,000/- per car. Off-road trophy is a new event introduced by Mahindra and is like an off-roading championship. The entry fee is Rs 10,000/- and 2 persons per car are allowed. Great Escape participants who opt for the trophy will be judged by eminent judges during the Great Escape.
And those who get selected will be flown to Mumbai for an ultimate off-road face-off including a semi-final round and a final round. That’s not it; the winner will get A New Mahindra Thar with AC and immobilizer along with a trophy. The runners up will get an exclusive entry into the Mahindra Adventure monastery Escape classic 2013 and the second runners up will get a set of Maxxis MT tyres.
