Force Motors launched the new One SUV in India at a price of Rs. 10.65 lakhs. Force Motors have already selected 18 dealers across north, south and west India to sell the One SUV, a part of the company’s Force Motors Personal Vehicles Division venture.
The Force One SUV is a based on the Chinese Ford Explorer, known as the Guangdong Foday Explorer III.
The Force One SUV features a 2.2 Litre common rail turbo diesel engine, an upgraded version of the OM 611, which is a Daimler product. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and suspension & Chassis has been tuned by the UK based Lotus.
The vehicle is being manufactured at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh will compete with the likes of Mahindra Scorpio, Tata Aria, Tata Safari and Ford Endeavour.
