Bajaj Auto has launched its new Pulsar 220 to the Indian market. This new Pulsar 220 is part of Bajaj’s plan to upgrade the entire Pulsar family.
The new Pulsar 220cc has a single cylinder 4 stroke air cooled engine. It comes with a maximum power of 21.04 @ 8,500rpm and maximum torque of 19.12@7500 rpm. The new pulsar 220 comes with all contemporary black theme and is available in 4 colors. One notable change in the new vehicle is the downgrading the new Pulsar 220 from Fuel Injection to carburetion.
Bajaj team with the new pulsar 220cc, has successfully reached the top speed, 144 kmph and thus made the bike as the fastest bike in the country. New Pulsar 220CC’s gear ratio is optimized to achieve the top speed.
The new bike is officially the fastest Indian motorcycle on the streets. Bajaj currently sells 150cc, 180cc, 200cc and 220cc variants in the Pulsar line-up.
The new Pulsar comes at a exshowroom (Delhi) price of Rs. 70,000.
