Hyundai i10 Electric @ Auto Expo

Hyundai Motor India Ltd showcased the electric version of i10 at the 10th Auto Expo. The i10 Electric offers dual recharging cycles and would take around five hours to be fully charged, which will enable the car to run for 160 km. The car will ensure zero-carbon emissions and inturn help the environmentalists. Actor and brand ambassador of Hyundai i10, Shahrukh Khan was also presnt during the launch of i10 at the Auto Expo.

Tata Motors is suppose to dazzle at the Auto Expo by displaying 37 vehicles from the Tata, Jaguar and Land Rover brands.Among them are three new Tata vehicles – the Tata Aria, the Tata Venture, the Tata Magic Iris – and the all new Jaguar XJ, which were unveiled yesterday.The Tata stall also showcased the Jaguar XF and XK models.

1. Electric Only: For short trips and zero-fuel consumption
2. Engine Only: When battery SOC is very low
3. Hybrid Electric Mode: Both sources run as per the programmed strategy
4. Hybrid Power Mode: Both engine and electric together for better acceleration
