The Harley Davidson Owners Group – Goa Chapter (HOG) escorted the FC Goa team bus from Panjim to Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda, FC Goa’s home ground. Sporting FC Goa jerseys and flags and decked in FC Goa colors – Blue and Orange, the biker boys rode ahead of the team bus along the winding lanes of Goa leading to the stadium. The roaring Harley’s were a treat to the fans.
FC Goa took on Chennaiyans FC at its opening match on 15th October 2014 at 7pm at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Fatorda, Goa.
FC Goa put a decent show but were overpowered by Chennaiyans FC and lost the match 1-2.
The Hero Indian Super League, India’s unrivalled football championship kicked off on 12th October 2014 with a match against Atletico de Kolkata and Mumbai City FC at Salt Lake City stadium in Kolkata.
Goa has a good number of Harley Davidson bikes thanks to the new dealership which was opened last year.
