According to sources Ford has not undertaken any recall action on Ford Fiesta and is not replacing any AC Thermostats as stated in the report earlier.

The program is a customer satisfaction improvement programme (CSI) for optimization of the cooling performance by offering a change in filter in air conditioner for enhancing cooling, if the customer desires. It is an optional program and customers may decide to take it or not.
